dont really know how many miles we did today. I felt good but bad at the same time. when we gor to the sand hill my stomach was uneasy and I didnt run the hill very strong mentally. time up wasw 10:40 and then 6:45 down.
easy run before heading up north today
had a great tempo today with longer minutes than we have been doing. I saw some great things from our team, especially Zack! I felt great even though I was pretty worn out.
great run today with mostly coach, mikey, and jd. The girls almost ran into a huge rattle snake. we ran the old prospector trail.
easy run from the bloomington hill north park out on the river trail after reviewing the course. felt great today. It wasn't as muggy as I though it would be. 6 striders at the end.
