What a freakn awesome run! sand hill with perfect conditions! I visualized and hydrated all weekend and it paid off. I got 8:41 up and 5:22 down setting some new records. The run after was exhausting but I was pleased with my efforts.
Kids club takes a lot of energy but it's a blast! Grass runs are super boring. I want to get some speed out of my system so it's a good thing we have a work out tomorrow.
easy workout today with the team. sets of tempo, thres, and cv. We had some good conversations and it went by pretty fast. me and dr j are pretty excited for the hurricane race on the 24.
Man I was so tired and sore today (I tried not to show it). I felt a lot better toward the end but after a few striders Im dead. Now I have to decide what to eat for breakfast:)
