Chill 65 min. My legs feel amazing and I had one of the best workouts ever yesterday!!! I was feeling stressed because of state but now I know i'm ready to roll. I've never felt so ready and confident to do something in my life. And I know I went to fast today, but don't worry about it i need ed it and now i'm gonna do hard core stretching and yoga for a hour then take an ice bath:)
