That run sucked. I felt weird at the start but I thought that would just go away as we got going. Instead, I had to stop and poop, then felt crazy light headed. told mikey to just finish because I wasn't able to keep up on our second 3 min and just chilled back to the school, stopping every few minutes to catch my breath.

afternoon run was good. I felt a lot better, but im still pretty tired and worn out.

Morning Practice: great run! I told my self that i would go chill because the blog said to, but we got stuck at a light and jd and jason keep going and got way ahead. Julian and looked at each other at the same time. His eyes saying "go destroy them" and I was off. for 3 min  I chased them then passed them on the down hill and finished 400m ahead lol.

Afternoon Practice: we went to go get coach a b day present, but got ditched, so Cooper, Scottie, Luck, Boston and I just formed a nice group back to the school. I dropped them off and ran the rest on my own. Overall it was a good run, Today was a bit hectic at school, but what day isn't:)

Morning Practice: great run. didn't get out of control and felt pretty good.

Afternoon Practice: sweeeet workout!! 10min warm then 5min at tempo and 4 striders into 6x3min at 5k pace with equal recovery and 12min cool. It took a second to get the legs moving and when I did they definitely weren't very smooth, but I got the last 2 of 6 done how I wanted. I just need to keep working on that second half all the time and when race day comes ill crush It!!!

morning run then afternoon practice: good run with some awesome down hill striders and a solid finish. We had a big pack as well!
